Government of 12

We are following the vision of the Government of 12, as was revealed to Pastor Cesar Castellanos by God. It was God who started this vision. He had 12 tribes of Israel, Jesus had 12 disciples. It is now our turn to step up, and through the Holy Spirit, implement this vision to fulfill God's calling in our lives in Matthew 28:19-20 ^"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Win souls and make disciples

Every believer a leader

Win - win souls to Christ, begins when one accepts Jesus as his/her personal Lord and Savior

Consolidate - new believers and new church members are "plugged in" to the church through cell groups, and are encouraged to attend the Pre-Encounter, Encounter, and Post-Encounter.

Disciple - after the consolidation process, the new disciple enters the School of Leaders (SL classes).

Send - after the disciple completes SL2, he/she may open his/her own cell and begins the process of winning more souls and discpipling them.
